Summary:
Performs custodial and maintenance activities for Chehalis Tribal Enterprises.
Performs landscaping and maintenance of equipment and facilities for Chehalis Tribal Enterprises and its entities.
Will work under general supervision and perform tasks independently.
Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
A.
Cleans patios, entry ways and sidewalks and picks up leaves and litter.
B.
Trims and prunes tree branches.
C.
Operates mowers, trimmers, weed eaters, pressure washers, blowers.
D.
Performs maintenance on power lawn mowers such as changing oil, and parts lubrication and adjustments.
E.
Irrigates gardens and lawns.
F.
Assist in project work.
G.
Cleans offices and break area.
H.
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing of flooring.
I.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
J.
Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, coffee makers and refrigerators.
K.
Restock supplies in bathrooms, break area and common areas.
L.
Empty all trash cans and replace liners.
Clean receptacles as necessary.
M.
Dusting and cleaning of office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
N.
Clean windowsills and windows.
O.
Clean walls, doors, and other vertical surfaces.
P.
Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized safe manner.
Q.
Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
R.
Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
S.
Complete duties as directed by the supervisor in a timely manner.
T.
Performs other duties as assigned.
